Queen Naija is pregnant!
The R&B singer and her fiancé, Clarence White, announced on Sunday that they are expecting their second child together and Queen’s third.
In an Instagram video, Queen holds up a Clearblue pregnancy test and plays up the suspense before revealing the result.
“Here we go. I’m nervous. Wanna count down with me?” she says.
Queen then counts, “Three, two, one,” before asking Clarence, “What does it say?”
The camera zooms out to reveal her baby bump, and the two burst into laughter, making it clear they were just playing around. They did not share the baby’s due date or sex.
The new baby will join Queen’s sons Christopher “CJ” Sails Jr., 11, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Sails, and 7-year-old Legend Lorenzo White, her son with Clarence.
Queen previously discussed the possibility of having another child during a May 2025 appearance on the Pour Minds podcast. While she said she would be okay stopping at two, she hadn’t completely closed the door on expanding her family.
“I’ve always said, like, I really, really want a girl,” Queen said.
She also explained that she wanted time to focus on herself, her music and other goals before having another baby.
By January 2026, Clarence was talking about wanting another child, too.
“I’m not gonna lie, I kind of want to have another one though. But we gon’ get married first,” he said during a livestream.
He added that he could see himself having two more children and, unlike Queen, said he wanted another boy.
Three months later, after nearly eight years together, Clarence proposed. Queen announced their engagement on April 16, sharing footage from the moment and writing, “I CHOOSE YOU FOREVER.”
