The Bold and the Beautiful has Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) being pushed a lot closer to his breaking point every day that he’s at Forrester Creations. And his frustrations boil over this week when R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) is again acting badly. This may drive Zende to entertain Katie Logan (Heather Tom)’s offer.
Today we’re going to talk about whether Zende joins Logan and if that kicks off a battle between R.J. Forrester and Zende Forrester in competing youth lines.

And now let’s get to it. So, at the moment, we know Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) really wants Zende to come to House of Logan. As she told Katie, Hope desperately wants to work with Zende again and wants to rebuild their friendship and personal relationships. And yeah, Hope loves working with her brother, Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone), but she also thinks if Zende came in, it would streamline things. We also know because of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) senior and Ridge Jr. that Zende is getting more fed up by the minute at Forrester Creations.
Basically, Ridge and others do not really value Zende and Ridge has dismissed Zende’s very valid concerns about his career and his future at Forrester. And then we’ve got Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) trying to convince Zende to at least hear Hope out and give her a chance to explain why she left Forrester Creations and essentially abandoned Zende without warning him. Now, Dylan already tried once and she did not get very far with Zende.

But then Dylan tried again this week to talk to Zende after he’d had another showdown with Ridge. And Dylan urged Zende again talk to Hope because, you know, they have a good vibe together. Now, Zende wanted to know why Dylan was so interested. And she told Zende the truth. All of it. Dylan admitted that Katie asked her to convince Zende to talk to Hope and Katie. And then Zende told Dylan he did not know what he would even say to Hope or Katie.
But now it seems like Zende is at least considering talking to Katie and Hope. And that’s when things are going to get wild. I do believe that Katie is going to make Zende an incredible offer that would be really hard for him to refuse, especially given how Ridge has been dismissing the fact that he promoted R.J. above Zende for what seems like purely personal reasons, i.e. nepotism.
In the end, I expect Zende will walk. And if he does walk out of Forrester Creations because Ridge can not convince him to stay, I think we will see Zende over at House of Logan. And if he officially makes the switch, I feel like Zende is going to oversee a youth line.
Bold and Beautiful: Hope & Zende Reunite
Now, I’m sure Hope and Zende will be collaborating on a line together. And at the same time, I also think Dylan is going to get fired from Forrester Creations once Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) find out she helped recruit Zende for House of Logan. And I think Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) is going to insist that Katie has to hire Dylan. So, she may end up as the muse for the youth line.
Whether it is Zende or Deke designing it, I think we’re going to see both Zende and Dylan as two fresh new faces getting hired at House of Logan between now and November sweeps. Even if Katie is against hiring Dylan, I think that Will is going to insist that Katie holds up her end of the bargain since Dylan delivered on helping get Zende to the table.
And Will already told Dylan she should come to House of Logan after seeing her strutting on the Logan runway the other day. So, I could definitely see Will pushing Katie if Dylan comes through with Zende. And this week, Dylan does prove her loyalty to the Spencers.

And from there, it does not really matter who runs the youth line at House of Logan. I expect Dylan to collaborate on it as the muse. She might do some artistic work on it since she is an artist. Right now, Katie and Hope have not talked about a youth line because they’re focused on the next Hope collection with Deke, but I’m sure that Zende is going to tell Katie about R.J.’s line. I do not think Zende is going to tell Katie and Hope with the intent to spy, but Zende, more with the intent of it, will say, “This is a main source of my frustration.”
And once Katie hears that Forrester Creations is doing a youth line, you know, she will want to set one up at House of Logan to compete with them. Ridge and Brooke are so worried about not being able to handle competition from Katie’s little startup. Meanwhile, she jumps in and is ready to compete with Ridge’s company that’s been around for decades. They should not be scared of Katie and Bill Spencer’s little company. So, I suspect Zende could be the overall lead designer for House of Logan given his talent and experience and the amount of time he’s been in the fashion industry and at Forrester Creations.

And then I think Deke will turn to Zende for mentorship on the hope line. We could see Katie and Zende agree that Deke’s got the right energy to design a youth line because he’s got this incredible raw talent. But Deke is new and inexperienced. He needs to be mentored. And of course, Zende is the absolute perfect person to do that.
So, rather than just making him a lead designer, I suspect Katie might make Zende the artistic director or creative director of the entire House of Logan, which is a huge step up from lead designer. It’s pretty much as high up as you get. So, Ridge may be shocked to find out that Zende is really high up at House of Logan.
And Deke and Hope may actually be looking to Zende for advice. Now, I think Hope would be fine with that and we know that Deke would love to be learning from Zende. From there, I think we’d have Hope and Zende working together and Deke and Dylan could maybe work together on the youth line.

And Zende oversees all the work as creative director, which means at the end of the day, I do think we are going to see a youth line at House of Logan and then that youth line at Forrester, no matter who’s designing them. And I suspect it’s going to be R.J. versus Deke. But zooming out to the bigger picture. It’s kind of Katie and Zende versus R.J. and Ridge and Brooke on Bold and the Beautiful.
That’s the large picture. R.J.’s feeling full of himself. I think Zende is going to end up with a position ranking well above what R.J. has at Forrester. It sends a clear message about what Katie thinks of Zende’s value as the very top designer at her company. Whereas Ridge had him relegated to the bottom answering to a newbie.

And this will end up being one more thing the Forresters messed up. Ridge is in it neck deep with R.J. Ridge is driving people away because of their company culture. And if Melissa Dylan is over there collaborating on the youth line, I’m sure Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) is going to be furious. She’ll see this as another ultimate betrayal by Dylan.
And of course, Brooke will see this as Katie betraying her all over again and just being a monster. And I would suspect the House of Logan youth line could crush the Forrester Creations youth line because Zende was right about it.
He told Ridge that R.J. and Electra were not the right ones to be running it just because they work well together. Zende said R.J. just does not have the experience to run a line. And I think that’s going to be proven to be correct. And then it really is going to be a full-on war between House of Logan and Forrester Creations.
