Zoey Babbs is prom-bound.
The daughter of Tank and Zena Foster attended prom on Saturday, wearing a black embellished gown.
Her mom, Zena Foster, shared photos from the day on Instagram Stories. In one snapshot, she captioned, “Is this not the most beautiful girl ever?”
The post comes just months after Zoey celebrated her 18th birthday. For the milestone, she enjoyed a karaoke party with family and friends, where she performed a few songs.
“18 years of raising a star… and something tells me this is just the opening act @zoeybabbs Zo’s 18th 12-26,” Zena wrote in a previous post.
In another message, she added, “POV: When your daughter finally becomes your ‘Little Friend’ Happy 18th Birthday to my grown broke bestie @zoeybabbs.”
Her father, Tank, also reflected on the milestone.
“18 years have flown by. I’m happy, proud, and sad all at the same time. @zoeybabbs you are my star! I love you so much and whatever’s next we’ll be here to help you conquer it! Happy Birthday ZoZo!!..”
Tank, whose real name is Durrell Babbs, has five children in all. He shares Zoey and Zion with wife Zena Foster.
Years earlier, when Zoey was just a child, he penned a Father’s Day message reflecting on his relationship with each of his kids. In a letter to Zoey, he described her as “full of life,” adding that her energy could “make a parent tired in less than 30 minutes (LOL).”
He also spoke about fatherhood and acknowledged that there were moments where he felt he could have done more.
“For all the things I’ve come up short on as your father, I humbly apologize. I love you and my pledge is to grow and continue to become a better man and a better father for me, and the ones I love most! Love you,” he wrote at the time.
