Latto celebrated at her baby shower in Atlanta over the weekend.
The rapper hosted the event at The Garden Room where guests, including Angel Reese, showed up for a cheetah themed celebration. The decor pulled directly from the artwork for Latto’s upcoming album Big Mama, which features her holding a baby cheetah.
The event comes weeks after Latto introduced Big Mama and revealed her pregnancy in the video for “Business & Personal (Intro).”
At one point in the visual, Latto flips through a baby-themed scrapbook filled with cutouts, childhood photos, and a Clearblue pregnancy test. On one page, the words “Who will you look like?” appear next to baby photos of both Latto and 21 Savage.
In another scene, tattooed male hands are shown cradling Latto’s protruding stomach. Almost immediately, fans began comparing the ink to 21 Savage’s, noting similarities in the placement and overall design.
Latto previously confirmed to TMZ that 21 Savage is her boyfriend, but she has not publicly identified him as the father of her child. “I have nothing to prove to anyone,” she told PAPER magazine in a recent interview. “I have no rumor to clear up.”
A behind-the-scenes video from her PAPER cover feature gave fans a closer look at the shoot, with Latto sharing she was eight months pregnant during filming. Afterward, she joined friends for a celebratory dinner, where the conversation turned to the baby’s gender.
Flo Milli said she believes Latto is having a boy, pointing to how she is carrying. “And you’re glowing, they say girls take your beauty away,” she added.
Meanwhile, NeNe Leakes and Phaedra Parks said they think it is a girl, with Leakes suggesting Latto may already know.
Latto said she did not know the sex of her unborn child, but shared she and her partner “both want a girl,” adding that she would be happy either way.
Big Mama is scheduled for release on May 29 and will be her first project since announcing her pregnancy.
